We believe the most powerful referral tool is clarity. Here's everything that happens — step by step — after you submit a family's name.
You tell us about a family
Fill out the short form below — just their first name and phone number. You can add a note like "her son is drowning in pre-algebra" or "they don't speak much English but need help with reading." We read every word.
We reach out within 24 hours
A real person — not an automated text — calls the family to introduce the center and answer questions. We mention your name (unless you prefer we don't). No hard sell. We explain what we do and let them decide.
The family comes in for a free session
Every new family gets a complimentary diagnostic session — 45 minutes where we figure out exactly where their child is and what they need. No commitment required. We want them to feel it, not just hear about it.
They enroll — you get rewarded
$50 rewardWhen the referred family completes their first paid session, your $50 reward is triggered automatically. It arrives as a credit toward your own tuition or a check — your choice. No forms to fill, no chasing anyone down.
No cap. Keep referring.
No limitThere's no limit to how many families you can refer. Some of our most active referrers have brought in 8–12 families over two years. The reward is the same every time: $50 per enrolled family, paid reliably, no expiration.
What if the family isn't ready right now?
No problem. We keep their information on file for up to 6 months. If they reach out later and enroll, your reward still applies — as long as they mention they were referred by you.
